Curated by Dr. Jifunza Wright, each bag is designed to support the health and wellness of your household using nutrient-dense, plant-based foods and natural healing ingredients.

When you pre-order, you secure your bag for pickup and get access to our Build Your Bag experience, where you choose the foods and ingredients that best support your needs.

How It Works

 

1. Order Online

Choose the bag size that fits your household:

  • Individual / Couple – feeds 1–2 people for 7–10 days

  • Family – feeds 4+ people for 7–10 days

Place your order online and secure your spot at the market – no waiting in long lines!

2. Build Your Bag at the Market
When you arrive, head to the special pre-order section. Move through each station to pick your items:

  • 🍎 Fruits – seasonal and nourishing

  • 🌾 Plant Proteins – beans, grains, legumes

  • 🌿 Herbs & Medicine – teas, spices, healing ingredients
