This training is designed for individuals who want to understand how food systems actually work, from production to distribution.
Participants will gain hands-on experience supporting farm operations while learning the structure behind sustainable food systems.

Training Locations & Timeline
Duration: For the Growing Season (June to October)
Locations: Black Oaks Center Eco Campus, Pembroke Twp. Illinois, Park Forest Community Market, Chicago’s Market & CSA Pick Up Location: West Chatham Park off of Princeton

Compensation (Payment)
Stipends are available for this learning experience thanks to the families of the late Jacqueline Smith & Austin Wayne. Food salaries and other benefits are included.
